Hinduism from Vivekanand

From sometime I am trying to understand the true definition of Hinduism and what is the grass root of the philosophy. Here are my take:
1. God is One..Param Braham. He has many faces as per the devotion of his devoties.
2. Every human kind has a single goal to reach to him. There are many ways to reach to him and no one is superior to another. All leads to same lord hence they are equal.
3. Consider Ved our guiding reference. Ramayan, Geeta and Puran's our reference interpretations and examples for value system.

Coincidently the similar definition I found in one of Swami Vivekanand's work. Attaching a photo of the page with underlines. Hope it makes to you all.

Cast-ism - A virus in Hindu System

When our Anncesstors designed the life system driven from great VEDAs they never realised that their childrens will abuse it to defeat the very purpose of this design. One of the fundamental principal was that CAST is never inherited but earned based on your KARMA. Over a period of time when people who are doing intellectual KARMA realised that they control the world and they would like to ensure their childresn continue to do so. This inject the very VIRUS in Hindu system.
Now as time passed it get solidify and now it is casted on stone and cause of major problems in the society inclduing division in Hindu system and Conversions to other beliefs and religions which came to Aryavart from external world.

Now Hindu cader tries to fight against conversion without correcting this virus in the Hindu System and get themself in defending position. The highest conversion from Hindu System happened to Islam and it is becasue ISlam has a lots of equality footings. A Julaha and Kazi can pray in a mosque bowing to lord side by side with touching each others elbow. This is very uncommon in Hindu System. You might have heared a news last month that "Shudra" are not allowed in Jagnath Puri temple. Nobody asked Lord himself played with lots of Shudras and now these people are creating a gap between lord and his followers at core. A hippocratic act at best.

So why are you so much excited about this Niranjan....
Fundamentally I beleive that Hindu System is best system for every human being not because of the fact that I am a Hindu but the fact that it allows its followers to choose to decide to do what they life and practice and belive. It does not impose any restriction whatsoever on the man kind to follow. What it says is the following:
1. God is ONE and there are numerous ways to reach to God. He is Omkar..Narayan.
2. All ways to reach to God are same none of them superior to another
3. Live and Let live - Donot harm any living being

All great saints in South Asia who are from Hindu System namely Lord Buddha, Lord Mahaveer, Shri Guru Nanak Devji and many more. All of them preached the same 3 ethos at core.

There is no mentionof cast and discrimination in that....

I would like my future generation to believe it and practice it..thats why I am excited.....
More on this topic in next post...

Part-2 : How Internet will Change the Game in Rural India

Thanks to stiff compition among the cell phone compnaies and Telecome Regulatory Authority(TRAI) for setting up the affordable mobile communication.
You can get a hand set + 1 year free incoming call facility on 30USD for whole one year. This made life of Muthu much more product. Now he takes order request on phone from his loyal customers and deliver directly to them at home. Customer is Happy that they are getting fresh vegetables produces and Muthu is having growing sales as well as saving time. Now Muthu is able to achieve his sales targets by 3.00PM in the evening and he spents rest of his time to manage his shop at footpath. This is allowing Muthu to start thinking about starting the Fruit selling too and allowing him to expand his bussiness.

Now Muthu is saving some more Money which helps him to cut the daily loan and spend some money from his pocket. You shall note here that Muthu is saving 15%/ROI/Day which he still pays to the Vegetable market money lender to buy his daily stock of Vegetables.

You must be wondering "Niranjan, where does Cell Phone comes into the pipcture?". See it is not Cell Phone it is affordability of the cell phone and free usage of it to recieve a call. You can recieve a call on cell phone 24x7 free. This is the basic policy enforced by TRAI. This is contray to contract model and all airtime charge model pervasive in United States. Then promotions running from Cell companies like all calls within a circle, with in GSM, CDMA loop are free. This is somthing which is pervasive across.  This makes caller and callee to take liberty of timing. Now Muthu can attend his customer request 24x7.  Also, He has cell phone for his wife too.

Part-1 : How Internet will Change the Game in Rural India

Sometime back I read the book by Thomas Fridman "The World is Flat" and provoked me to analyse the impact of information technology on a common mans life.

Its is a well written and proven fact that tele-communication alone has contributed ~15% in the growth of India GDP. A common man is connected with rest the  nodes in his life who makes the impact in his personal and work life. This empowered him to make quick decisions and reuse the blank spaces of his time during the day and night and be more productive.

Muthu  is a sabji wala who is selling vegetables in Bangalore from last 15 years. Muthus day starts at 4.00AM when he rides a bus to catch for K.R. Market( A whole sale vegetable market place). He reaches KR Market by 5.00 and borrow the money on 15%/day ROI to purchase the vegetable. Before this he has to settle the account for yesterdays borrowing. This does not leave much of amount in Muthus hand to make himself a business owner. There are numerous middleman in vegetable market who earn much more than Muthus just by trading between Muthu, people like him and vegetable farmers. So now Muthu picks up his lots of various Vegetables and rides the BMTC bus for Whitefield. Now Muthu gets at his place and wash and assemble the vegetables in saleable form to sell it to  his customer on his cart as well as at his shop near a foorpath. His ife manages shop at foorpath and he sell vegetable on cart. He has to go around the whole A.E.C.S Layout to get his daily sale targets. However, this pretty much drains Muthus energy to left him with nothing to do in late evening except drink some "Daru" from a desi "Daru" shop.

Muthu end his day by counting the cash from all the sale Cart and footpath shop and realise that he just made enogu to survive for the day. This is the route of Muthu's life with 4 kids.
